An industrial ‘campus’ featuring a wide variety of units, with a cohesive design and excellent access.

The new master plan for Station205 by Brown Day Group Architects is based on best-practice urban design, reflecting the growing commercial importance and desirability of Penrose and Station Road.

Future Development

In addition to refurbishing existing buildings, we are building four new 10 m stud warehouses and offices with flexible floor plates accommodating a range of tenancies with different spatial requirements. Commercial activities include trade retail, commercial, distribution and light industrial.

Each building will have its own identity, but the overall design unifies the site through a palette of exterior materials, including Ironsand and Bronze metal cladding, to define different buildings and functions and tie the site together as an industrial campus.

Importantly, the master plan allows for an open and accessible transport flow on site for trucks, vans and cars, so tradies collecting goods will be able to do so quickly, safely and easily, making it attractive to do business with companies at Station205.

Station205 is growing into a concentration of like-minded activities that will make a positive contribution to the vitality of on-site and surrounding businesses.
